About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Director - Japanese Bilingual to join our team at Pasona N A, Inc. As an ERP Senior Director, you will play a vital role in transforming our ERP business to meet the demands of our clients and ensure high-quality deliverables. This position is based in New York, NY, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the development and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Transform the existing legacy ERP support structure into a modern, scalable organization.
• Lead multiple ERP development projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the ERP Sales Vice President to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Inspire, develop, and retain top engineering talent within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven management experience overseeing a business division or large-scale technical team.
• Strong ERP domain knowledge, preferably with SAP, but Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics are also acceptable.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple ERP projects concurrently with full QCD accountability.
• Experience in organizational transformation or delivery model reform within IT or ERP-related businesses.

Nice to Have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
• Any ERP-related or IT leadership certification.
