About the Role

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join us on the rewarding journey we’re taking here at Castle Trust Bank. As a fintech challenger bank, we provide specialist property mortgages, retail finance lending, and savings accounts to a wide range of customers. In this IT Service Delivery Manager remote role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services across the organization, managing internal Desktop and Application Support teams, and overseeing third-party IT suppliers.

What You'll Do

  • Manage major incidents and root cause analysis to ensure swift resolution and service continuity.
  • Develop ITSM processes aligned with ITIL standards to enhance service delivery.
  • Effectively manage the IT service desk and core systems teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain Service Improvement Plans to continuously enhance service quality.
  • Produce clear service performance metrics for the business to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager with a strong technical background.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ITIL (v3 minimum), with ITIL v4 Foundation being desirable.
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical support teams and managing third-party suppliers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Proactive and organized approach with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fintech environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration into service delivery.
  • Certifications in IT Service Management or related fields.
