Marketing Director - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Director to join PSI CRO, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) with over 30 years of expertise in the clinical research industry. This remote Marketing Director role allows you to shape our global brand and lead a talented marketing team across multiple channels and regions.

What You'll Do

• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Participate in resource allocation, workload evaluation, and utilization within the department.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Europe and APAC, including PR strategy and thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee marketing vendors and ensure their performance aligns with our goals.
• Implement brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
• Manage PSI events, including conferences, to promote our brand.
• Oversee lead generation programs and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM and social media.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in B2B marketing.
• Experience in life sciences, preferably within a CRO or clinical trials environment.
• Proven track record in PR, branding, and raising company visibility globally.
• Strong experience in thought leadership development and content strategy.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire trust and engagement across teams.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
