Process Specialist - Remote Opportunity at Infosys

About the Role

We are seeking a Process Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Infosys. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing vendor invoices and ensuring accurate financial processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations and enhance our financial accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Review and process vendor invoices in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating effectively with vendors and internal departments.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliation and assist with month-end activities to ensure all invoices are accounted for and processed.
• Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding invoice status and payments, providing timely and accurate information.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to streamline invoice processing and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Formal education in Finance and Accounting is an advantage.
• Experience in invoice handling and financial processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
• Proficient in common software applications and experience with claims management systems, such as SAP.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a similar role within a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
