Business Unit Production Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Execute production schedules to meet quantity, deadlines, quality, and cost.
• Monitor workflow, equipment, process steps, and personnel to ensure efficiency.
• Schedule and assign personnel, track progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Analyze production, labor, and material costs to optimize operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees to build a strong team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with Quality Control on product and process quality improvements.
• Lead initiatives for cost reduction, scrap minimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Optimize workflow, layout, and equipment usage for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality systems.
• Lead new product development projects to expand our product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Chemical).
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CAD and project planning tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/ELOT EN 1801, EMAS, ISO 14001.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management, adaptability, and organizational skills.
