Project Manager - Real Estate Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Project Manager to join our team at Colliers, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of real estate. As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team. This Project Manager role offers you the chance to work remotely while contributing to innovative real estate solutions.

What You'll Do

• Organize and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories, and issue meeting minutes.
• Support the development, management, and tracking of project budgets, milestones, and schedules.
• Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.
• Utilize your strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate critical schedule data.
• Quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability.
• Work effectively within a team environment to achieve project goals.
• Travel nationally as required for business needs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Monitoring, or Cost Estimating.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred, or comparable relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with scheduling software and project management tools.
• Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
