About the Role
We are seeking a Business Affiliates Sales Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Sanlam. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and managing a network of business affiliates who generate high-quality leads for our short-term insurance call center. Your strategic insight and leadership will drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business standards.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and optimize a network of business affiliates to generate leads for the call center.
- Focus on strategic partnership development and revenue growth.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure profitable sales.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Team Managers to optimize lead utilization.
- Monitor affiliate ROI and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Manage operations of a call center or business segment, overseeing policies and procedures.
- Establish and implement product/service standards.
- Analyze operations and efficiency of the call center.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 qualification.
- RE5 Certificate FAIS (as per DOFA date).
- NQF 5/6 will be advantageous.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in insurance.
- Over 1 year of experience in the Short-term Insurance Industry.
- Strong skills in driving sales and profitability.
- Excellent communication and partnership management abilities.
- Experience in strategic and operational call center control and reporting.
