Financial Analyst - Global Technical Operations (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst for Global Technical Operations to join our team remotely. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, reporting, and forecasting costs related to global technical operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes while working with a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

• Perform variance analyses against budget and forecast for cost of goods, write-offs, and other costs in the area of global technical operations.
• Identify key drivers and trends impacting COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
• Ensure accurate management reporting through close cooperation with local finance teams, focusing on separating commercial and operational factors to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts related to cost of goods sold and technical operations.
• Participate in the intercompany pricing process to ensure alignment with global pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with finance, technical operations, and other cross-functional teams to align financial and operational strategies.

Requirements

• University degree in economics or social sciences.
• 1–3 years of work experience in FP&A or a similar area.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with financial reporting systems and tools (e.g., SAP).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools.
