About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our LinkedIn Talent Solutions team. This Senior Sales Manager remote position will be pivotal in driving our sales strategy and managing a team of Front Line Managers. You will work closely with our enterprise clients, helping them leverage LinkedIn’s powerful tools to enhance their staffing solutions. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from home and in our London office, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with your team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of Front Line Managers, focusing on relationship management within the search and staffing industry.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for LinkedIn Talent Solutions products tailored to the UK market.
  • Accelerate growth and enhance customer value realization through innovative sales tactics.
  • Mentor and coach your team to improve their sales capabilities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Forecast recurring revenue pipelines and manage incremental bookings effectively.
  • Engage with clients to build a robust talent pipeline and establish reference customers for marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay market insights and improve our offerings.
  • Actively participate in industry discussions and represent LinkedIn in various influencer groups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience at the enterprise level.
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record in hiring, developing, and engaging account managers.
  • Experience with SaaS solution sales and relevant sales methodologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and operate at both system and sub-system levels.
  • Industry knowledge and the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
  • Coaching certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing frontline managers and individual sales reps.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and subscription-based sales models.
  • Public speaking and strong presentation skills.
