About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Software Specialist to join our dynamic team at Borusan. This remote position allows you to leverage your Salesforce expertise to enhance customer experiences across our platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing and integrating solutions that align with our architectural, security, and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet integration and development requests.
  • Utilize Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL to create scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Implement low-code/no-code tools following best architectural practices.
  • Develop integrations for data exchange with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate actively in CI/CD and deployment processes.
  • Contribute to code review processes and ensure compliance with unit test coverage standards.
  • Enhance existing architecture and work on reducing technical debt.
  • Monitor performance optimization and manage governor limits effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Admin competencies with certifications preferred (PD1, PD2, Salesforce Administrator).
  • Experience in Apex, LWC, and integration development.
  • Strong SOQL querying skills and knowledge of object/data model architecture.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
  • Experience in data modeling and integrity principles.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps, Gearset, or GitHub.
  • Ability to translate business, process, and system requirements into technical solutions.
