Business Development Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Yell. What You'll Do
- Hunt for New Business: Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
- Tailor Solutions: Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Close Deals: Present, negotiate, and seal the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Client Management: Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
- Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
- A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
