Local Key Account Manager - Remote Opportunity in Veneto

About the Role
We are seeking a Local Key Account Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Barilla. In this role, you will lead and manage commercial relationships with key local retailers in the Veneto region, ensuring the achievement of turnover, profitability, and market share objectives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized brand while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Define local business strategies and ensure the achievement of assigned sales and service objectives through effective management of local clients.
- Contribute to establishing Customer Business Plans and Budgets, estimating volumes and attainable net sales.
- Manage local commercial policies and implement national contracts while promoting the company's image.
- Ensure the management of assigned customers, including product assortments and promotional planning.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, analyzing brand evolution and competition.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with strategic customers to enhance turnover.
- Monitor spending and implement promotions in alignment with regional activities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with field sales teams to ensure alignment with agreed strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience and understanding of Modern Trade dynamics.
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders with high energy and motivation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
