About the Role

We are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at Locinox. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations and ensuring they are future-proof. What You'll Do

• Lead strategic improvement projects to optimize our international supply chain.
• Map and analyze our global supply chain, including tariffs, labor costs, and transport.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and translate them into actionable projects.
• Conduct holistic lean analyses and develop a roadmap for quick wins and strategic improvements.
• Implement COGS reduction exercises and contribute to project maturity within Locinox.

Requirements

• Master’s level thinking with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• In-depth knowledge of process optimization and supply chain flows.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt is a plus).
• Solid grounding in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B environments.
• Familiarity with international supply chain dynamics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
