About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join InfraBuild in a remote capacity. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of our business, representing our brand through strategic account development, solution-based selling, and disciplined commercial execution. What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across Newcastle and Gosford, driving revenue growth and improving margins.
  • Execute structured call plans and identify new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
  • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships through solution-focused selling and a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Maintain pricing and margin discipline by applying frameworks consistently and managing discounts responsibly.
  • Ensure accurate, real-time CRM updates to improve forecasting, prioritization, and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing B2B sales or account management role, managing a portfolio and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to deliver volume and margin targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a disciplined approach to pricing and quoting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and pipeline management tools.
