Sales Development Representative - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Mapon, a leading SaaS company specializing in telematics and fleet management solutions. This Sales Development Representative remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth while working with a dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Lead Prospecting – Identify and research new sales opportunities via LinkedIn, inbound leads, email, and calls.
- Cold Calling & Outreach – Initiate personalized conversations that resonate with prospects.
- Lead Qualification – Use frameworks like BANT, CHAMP, SPIN, or MEDDIC to qualify leads before handing them over to Account Executives.
- CRM Management – Keep records organized, track interactions, and maintain data quality in the pipeline.
- Lead Nurturing – Build trust and stay top-of-mind with warm leads through content and touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize messaging and conversion.
- Be a Brand Ambassador – Represent Mapon’s values in every interaction.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, prospecting or SDR work is a plus, but not mandatory – attitude matters more than experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
- Fluent Spanish (C1+) and good English skills (B2+) required for daily communication.
- Portuguese or any other additional languages are a bonus and will be highly valued!
