About the Role

As a Talent Partner, you will help us scale our team and business, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through to close for both tech and commercial roles, focusing on engineers and SDRs.
• Conduct initial screenings and maintain high hiring standards while mapping and contacting potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand priority roles, team culture, and key success factors.
• Partner with leadership to shape role specifications and align on success profiles.
• Measure and track recruiting funnel metrics to report on hiring performance.
• Implement best practices to enhance our hiring processes and build a strong employer brand.
• Support initiatives that drive meaningful change across the organization.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance in previous roles.
• Proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building a strong network.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to improve hiring performance.
• Strong cultural fit and passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
