Technical Recruiter - Remote Position
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department at LegalSight. This remote Technical Recruiter position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and support our recruitment efforts across various technical roles. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process, ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and draft compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for various technical positions using platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean search.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
- Track candidates accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain organized recruiting pipelines.
- Coordinate technical assessments and track completion and results.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting stakeholders to improve workflows and candidate experience continuously.
- Support offer and pre-onboarding activities, including reference checks and hiring documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting and working with international teams.
- An understanding of key technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, AWS, Azure, SQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical resumes and create screening questions based on job descriptions.
