Support Technician (Remote) - IT Helpdesk Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a Support Technician (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Everience. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to our users, ensuring a seamless experience with technology. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows environments, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
What You'll Do
- Provide first and second-level support for Windows 10/11 environments.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Manage mobile device enrollment and support for Android and iOS devices.
- Handle ticket management and inventory using EasyVista.
- Conduct on-site support for hardware and software issues.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions like Intune.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as EasyVista.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as MD-102, MS-900, or ITIL.
- Experience with Samsung Knox and E-FOTA.
- Knowledge of networking basics (WiFi, VPN).
