Controlling Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Controlling Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Controlling Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing operational accounting processes, particularly in cost center and process cost accounting. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the optimization of controlling processes.

What You'll Do

• Create and develop operational accounting reports, driving their continuous improvement.
• Support the preparation of periodic reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement optimizations and automations in controlling processes, focusing on closing and budgeting.
• Actively participate in projects within the controlling department, contributing your expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a controlling or financial analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
• Experience with process optimization and automation in a financial context.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
