Client Manager - Remote Opportunity at MAPFRE

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our team at MAPFRE. This Client Manager remote position is crucial for ensuring high-quality and efficient commercial and administrative management for our network of brokers. You will work closely with the Commercial Technician and Office Director to provide sales and post-sales support for MAPFRE's products.

What You'll Do

• Support Commercial Technicians in managing commercial activities.
• Enhance broker loyalty by providing quick and high-quality responses to their requests.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities applicable to potential clients of the broker.
• Handle ongoing tasks related to the Quality Management System (SGC) and Operational Management System (SGO) with various stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the broker office.
• Conduct occasional visits to brokers to improve their understanding of MAPFRE products and tools.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and tools to optimize your professional activities.
• Adhere to MAPFRE's institutional and organizational principles.
• Facilitate periodic reporting of commercial or administrative activities to ensure transparent management.
• Utilize MAPFRE's established tools for commercial purposes.
