This Deputy Room Leader - Nature School remote position offers a unique opportunity to support our leadership team in delivering outstanding childcare. As a part of our dynamic team, you will help ensure that every child receives high-quality care and support, fostering their individual learning needs while having fun every day!

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of educators to provide exceptional childcare experiences.
• Ensure children's safety and well-being while promoting rich and stimulating play experiences.
• Develop creative outdoor activities that engage children's interests and curiosities.
• Foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow into their unique personalities.
• Collaborate with Room Leaders to maintain high standards of care and education.

Requirements

• A relevant Early Years Qualification is essential.
• Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years/Nursery setting.
• Experience in a childcare environment is preferred.
• Passion for outdoor activities and creative play.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
• Knowledge of child development and early years education.
• First Aid certification.
