International Project Engineer - Pharmaceutical Industry (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an International Project Engineer - Pharmaceutical Industry (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Unither Pharmaceuticals. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead industrial projects in the aseptic pharmaceutical sector while working remotely. What You'll Do

• Oversee the management of industrial projects, including investments and installation modifications, in coordination with local teams and the Group Technical Direction.
• Participate in the development of project plans, budgets, and periodic reporting.
• Draft and validate User Requirement Specifications (URS), design documents, and supplier specifications.
• Coordinate activities with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Engage in defining the budget, Business Plan, and Master Plan for the site.
• Collaborate with local engineering teams during the Concept and Basic Design phases.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, or process engineering.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical equipment projects or aseptic manufacturing.
• Project management experience, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations (ANVISA preferred).
• Fluency in Portuguese (preferred) and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in intercultural environments.
• Technical skills in URS/FDS validation and qualification of aseptic equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems for clean rooms and sterilization processes.
• Proficient in MS Project, advanced Excel, CAD tools, and document management systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing major installation projects.
• Familiarity with particle management in cleanroom environments.
