Senior UX Designer - Enterprise Applications

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and work on enterprise applications. This remote Senior UX Designer position offers the opportunity to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across AI-powered platforms. You will lead the end-to-end UX execution, ensuring usability and accessibility while aligning with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise and data-intensive applications.
• Conduct UX research including user interviews, journey mapping, personas, and usability testing.
• Translate complex analytical and business requirements into intuitive user flows.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and WCAG-compliant designs.
• Collaborate with frontend developers for accurate UI implementation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and design reviews.
• Continuously improve product usability based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX and UI execution.
• Hands-on expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of UX research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience designing complex, data-driven or enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for collaboration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
