Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Telefónica Tech. This remote opportunity allows you to lead critical infrastructure projects while working with a global team. You will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of global infrastructure and office integration projects for a leading financial services organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and office integration projects.
• Manage office setups, relocations, expansions, and consolidations.
• Deliver trader voice and broker technology migrations, including Cloud9 and BT ITS.
• Coordinate AWS cloud migrations and manage hardware refresh programs across networks, servers, and databases.
• Oversee WAN/LAN connectivity projects, ensuring robust network performance.
• Deliver corporate telephony integrations using Cisco and Microsoft Teams.
• Support collaboration platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
• Manage governance, reporting, risks, budgets (£1m+), and stakeholder communication across global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prince2, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong experience delivering IT infrastructure projects with knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and firewalls.
• Proven experience managing large-scale office relocations or integrations.
• Experience with AWS, Cisco networking, telephony, and enterprise infrastructure refreshes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
