About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Wallester. As a leader in the FinTech industry, Wallester provides innovative payment solutions that empower businesses to enhance their financial services. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value regulated clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
  • Act as the primary strategic contact for assigned key partners, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, operational structure, and strategic priorities.
  • Proactively monitor client performance and satisfaction, identifying potential risks, issues, or growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (compliance, operations, product, support, etc.) to ensure smooth client operations and timely resolution of requests.
  • Handle complex client requests, escalations, and sensitive issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners through scheduled meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen cooperation and expand the partnership where relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Significant experience working with B2B clients, preferably in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong ability to manage high-value or strategically important clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client situations and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to understand clients’ long-term business needs.
  • High level of responsibility and ownership.
