About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive - Paid Search to join our dynamic team at iwoca. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while driving impactful marketing strategies for our innovative fintech solutions. As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Paid Search channel, leveraging your expertise in Google Ads to enhance our online presence and support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive sustainable growth in our Paid Search channel.
- Lead the growth strategy for Bing Ads and explore new opportunities with platforms like ChatGPT Ads and Google Display.
- Ensure excellent account hygiene by excluding irrelevant search terms and improving ad relevance and quality scores.
- Conduct testing and analysis of landing pages using Webflow, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling text, image, and video ads that align with our brand tone.
- Monitor performance metrics across keywords, landing pages, and creative assets, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
- Set up dashboards for efficient test monitoring and collaborate with Acquitech to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Paid Search dynamics and metrics.
- Ability to design and run A/B and multivariate tests to drive campaign improvements.
- A data-driven mindset with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Well-organized with strong commercial acumen.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets.
- Familiarity with Bing Ads.
- Background in fintech or a similar industry.
