About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React) to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will tackle advanced tech challenges and contribute to building innovative solutions for our clients, particularly in automating and optimizing their ad operations on Google Ads. As a key player in our team, you will design, build, and maintain backend services that are crucial for client campaign optimization products.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement backend services that enhance campaign management functionalities.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production.
  • Mentor team members on software development best practices, including testing and clean code.
  • Engage in work planning and retrospectives to improve team processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve software architecture and coding practices.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and pair programming sessions to foster team growth.
  • Impact the daily operations of hundreds of advertisers using our platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong Python skills.
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with NodeJS, React, and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MLOps concepts and tools like MLflow or Kubeflow is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • M.Sc. in a relevant field is preferred.
