IT Manager - Remote Position for EMEA and AMER

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Testlio. This IT Manager remote position is open to candidates in the EMEA and Americas regions. You will lead our IT operations and team, ensuring reliable and scalable technology outcomes while collaborating closely with the business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and practical delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop high-performing IT principles and processes.
• Create a collaborative, accountable team culture.
• Partner with Business Operations to understand needs and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
• Oversee IT operations, service delivery, and incident management.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Contribute to IT strategy, risk management, and technology roadmaps.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage Testlio Tool stack.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Google Workspace.
• Practical experience using Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to write and maintain scripts in JavaScript and/or Python.
• 3+ years of experience in IT management or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
