Principal Product Manager - AI-First Continuous Delivery

About the Role

We're hiring a Principal Product Manager for AI-First Continuous Delivery at GitLab. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of software delivery in the AI era. As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring teams can build, release, and deploy software confidently.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy and full roadmap for GitLab AI-First Continuous Delivery, focusing on AI agent deployment governance and compliance controls.
• Develop a differentiated point of view on how the Continuous Delivery market is evolving in the AI era through direct customer engagement and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Product Design, and Quality to define problems and guide development through delivery cycles.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Launch the first version of GitLab AI-First Continuous Delivery and establish customer feedback loops to inform the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Continuous Delivery or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, and Sales.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product direction.
