What You'll Do

• Lead the candidate experience for operations roles across the region, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Deel product and the requirements for new team members.
• Refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
• Work with management to develop effective internal and external sourcing strategies.
• Foster a culture that aligns with Deel's values and principles throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role, with at least 2 years in an internal talent acquisition team.
• Proven experience recruiting across operations teams.
• Track record of quickly hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable addressing complex candidate inquiries related to compensation, equity, and immigration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively during presentations and discussions.
• Experience using data to enhance recruitment processes.

• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices.
• Knowledge of AI tools in recruitment.
