About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Regional Accounts to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving our regional account management strategy, focusing on customer engagement and sales leadership. As a Senior Director, you will lead initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and strengthen our market position in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in regional account management or sales leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with healthcare communication, public health initiatives, and advocacy efforts.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
