Part-Time Academic Success Coach - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Academic Success Coach to join our team remotely and help our student-athletes reach their maximum potential. This Academic Success Coach remote position is crucial for supporting students at the International Soccer Academy IDA Powered by TPH in Valencia, Spain. You will play a vital role in guiding student-athletes through our blended learning platform and ensuring their academic success.

What You'll Do

• Assist students with their academic progress and provide direct coaching in various subjects.
• Mentor student-athletes to become confident, self-directed learners while achieving their academic goals.
• Supervise classroom activities and monitor the academic performance of student-athletes.
• Provide instruction in study strategies, time management, and other essential skills for student success.
• Collaborate with the Head of Academics and other staff on academy-wide projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in academic coaching or instruction.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to teach and coach others.
• Knowledge of coaching, instructional, and mentoring techniques.
• Proficient in Google Suite and ability to learn other software programs used by TPH.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Authorization to work in Spain without restrictions.

• Experience working with student-athletes or in an educational setting.
• Familiarity with blended learning environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
