Product Customization Project Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Product Customization Project Coordinator to coordinate and deliver customer-requested and market-driven customization projects. This Product Customization Project Coordinator remote role is essential as you will act as the central point of contact between country teams, central marketing, product development, supply chain, quality, design, and external partners. You will ensure that each customization request is translated into a clear scope, realistic timeline, and high-quality deliverable.

What You'll Do

• Lead customization projects from A to Z, managing B2B collaborations, special editions, country-specific adaptations, and internal customization requests.
• Assess incoming briefs and translate them into clear, actionable project scopes and deliverables.
• Define feasible options within product and manufacturing constraints, including personalization techniques, MOQ, lead times, colors, and materials.
• Create detailed project plans, including key milestones and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance on technical limitations, minimum order quantities, timing, and required approvals.
• Serve as the central communication hub for all customization projects, facilitating alignment across stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with country teams to ensure needs and expectations are accurately captured.
• Track project progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively manage risks to guarantee that final outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in B2B, FMCG, consumer goods, or product-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines.
• Good understanding of product development, customization processes, or manufacturing constraints.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent command of English; team player with experience in cross-functional and international environments.

Nice to Have

• Background in supply chain, R&D, product management, operations, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MOQ, lead times, and product industrialization.
