Human Resources Business Partner - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in talent development and strategic HR deployment to contribute to the success of our international group, Enpro. As a key player in our HR team, you will work closely with the Montbrison site to implement innovative HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy innovative HR strategies that foster a culture of excellence and inclusion.
- Implement and energize workforce planning processes, anticipating future skill needs.
- Actively participate in talent development processes by identifying and nurturing potential.
- Collaborate with managers to develop skill enhancement initiatives that support professional growth.
- Oversee annual employee performance programs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Adapt and implement group policies while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Define and execute training plans that align with strategic goals and address short-term qualification needs.
- Support internal trainers and managers in creating engaging training modules.
- Lead the Technetics Group France training academy, ensuring the quality and relevance of programs offered.
- Participate in the preparation of employee representative bodies and ensure transparent communication.
- Support managers in conducting effective team relations to explain organizational decisions.
- Manage the legal aspects of agreements while ensuring compliance with French labor laws.
- Guide and advise managers throughout the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage temporary staffing needs in support of production teams to align human resources with activity demands.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Over 5 years of solid experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong legal expertise and social relations skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of contact.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
