About the Role

We are seeking a Therapy Manager (Sales Rep) - remote to lead our efforts in the North Rhine-Westphalia territory. This position at Mainstay Medical offers an exciting opportunity to support our innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8®, designed for individuals suffering from chronic low back pain. As a key player in the German marketplace, you will drive sales growth and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Mainstay Medical and the ReActiv8 therapy.
  • Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build pipelines and advocate for ReActiv8 utilization.
  • Support patient selection and collaborate with advocates to educate the market on chronic low back pain (CLBP).
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and therapeutic partners.
  • Develop scalable solutions to meet customer needs and drive therapy adoption.
  • Manage strategic territory partnerships to grow business effectively.
  • Conduct territory business planning and forecasting.
  • Coordinate and participate in patient and customer education events to promote the therapy.
  • Achieve territory sales goals through excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience in Spine, Orthopedics, or Neuromodulation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the German healthcare market.
