About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Technician to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Human Resources Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our administration and personnel processes at FGC Rail SAU. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the professional cycle of our employees while ensuring compliance and effective communication across various organizational areas.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in employee lifecycle processes, providing technical support in recruitment, training, and personnel administration.
  • Collaborate in job provision processes, drafting job descriptions and managing recruitment announcements.
  • Monitor candidate applications, conducting analysis and evaluations based on established requirements.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Work with universities and vocational training centers to facilitate professional internships.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring the annual training plan and related administrative tasks.
  • Oversee attendance control, including time tracking, absences, and vacation management.
  • Address employee inquiries and needs, fostering a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • A master's degree or postgraduate qualification in human resources is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources department, preferably in generalist roles.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and contract preparation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software.
  • Fluent in Catalan and Spanish (C level); English proficiency (B2 or higher) is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in planning and organizing HR activities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain self-control.
