We're hiring a Senior Closer - Full-Cycle Sales (B2B & B2C) to join our dynamic team at Herrera Headhunters. As a Senior Closer, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue for our fast-growing international company.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract.
• Generate your own pipeline through various methods.
• Manage inbound leads and convert them efficiently.
• Run high-level discovery calls and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Handle complex objections with confidence and negotiate effectively.
• Close high-ticket deals while managing CRM and forecasting accurately.

• Impact company growth directly through your sales efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven closing experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong outbound and self-sourcing capability.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional negotiation skills.
• Ability to sell remotely via video calls.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
