As a Lead Talent Management Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent management strategies and ensuring that our performance management systems are integrated and AI-enabled.

What You'll Do

• Own the systems behind performance & talent management, ensuring they are effective and scalable.
• Drive our performance tech & AI roadmap to enhance our talent management processes.
• Build scalable governance and operational rigor within the talent management framework.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder management to foster collaboration and support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Management, People Operations, or HR Programs.
• Direct experience implementing or optimizing performance management systems.
• Strong understanding of Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience with HRIS, IT, or People Systems teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics in talent management.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and building scalable infrastructure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Knowledge of additional HR technologies.
• Certifications in HR or Talent Management.
