About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Fellow Insights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the design of our AI meeting intelligence platform, which transforms how organizations manage and retain knowledge from meetings. As a Lead Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process, ensuring that our product not only meets user needs but also drives product-led growth through enhanced user engagement.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design across Fellow's product areas, delivering strong visual, interaction, and motion design across web and desktop platforms.
• Prototype new concepts using modern design tools like Figma to create intuitive user experiences.
• Drive product-led growth by enhancing user engagement through innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering managers and leadership to align design with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of two designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all product areas.
• Utilize your AI-native mindset to enhance design workflows and improve overall product functionality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and visual design skills.
• Experience with product-led growth surfaces and the ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
• Startup experience in fast-paced environments, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma, for prototyping and design execution.
• Experience managing or mentoring designers, with a focus on fostering talent and creativity.
