Project Manager - M&A Music Catalogue Acquisition (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager - M&A Music Catalogue Acquisition (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Believe. In this role, you will manage all catalogue acquisition processes across Eastern Europe, ensuring efficient execution of transactions from pricing to deal closing and integration. As a part of a leading digital music company, your work will directly impact the growth of local artists and labels within the digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end catalogue acquisition processes across Eastern Europe countries.
• Oversee and prioritize the deal pipeline in collaboration with local teams.
• Analyze past catalogue performance and model future cash flows.
• Negotiate key business and financial terms of transactions.
• Prepare post-merger integration kick-off meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services.
• Strong analytical profile with understanding of valuation techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the music industry or digital media.
• Knowledge of Eastern European markets.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
