Senior Business Intelligence Developer - Data Analytics Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at JND Inc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with data analytics and business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide valuable insights through advanced reporting and dashboards.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions and data analytics.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Gather and organize data from various internal and external sources.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and essential business metrics.
• Conduct thorough analyses of company performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Facilitate coordination among departments to align business objectives and optimize performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and streamline reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling/analysis, or a similar role.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is required.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and high organizational skills.
• Familiarity with statistical testing, modeling, and forecasting principles.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Experience with project management principles.
