About the Role

We are seeking a Local Process Expert to join our team at Hilti, a global leader in construction innovation. What You'll Do

• Drive the continuous improvement of our processes in the Tool Service Center in Switzerland.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to analyze, optimize, and implement our After Market strategy.
• Initiate continuous improvements through the design, implementation, and optimization of processes and systems.
• Support operational teams in daily troubleshooting, identifying challenges early, and helping implement efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Identify and address process gaps while developing new workflows.
• Ensure optimal use of the IT system landscape, particularly SAP R/3.
• Constructively question existing structures to improve time, cost, and quality.
• Support ICS processes and maintain master data in AMS.

Requirements

• Experience in process management, ideally in service, operations, or technical environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with IT systems, particularly SAP R/3.
• Communicative and structured personality.
• Fluent in German; English is a plus.
