Business Analyst - Transformation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst - Transformation (Remote) at Citco to help support our BPM platform, Business Optix. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in platform implementation, quality assurance, and user support, building both technical and analytical skills in a global financial services environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage master data uploads and API exports to ensure seamless operational support.
• Provide support for user application queries and escalations, enhancing user experience.
• Maintain and update supporting documentation, including user guides and admin guides.
• Evaluate and assess new BusinessOptix releases for potential implementation within our libraries.
• Support the development and maintenance of QA standards and testing protocols.
• Execute QA testing and validation of BusinessOptix implementations to ensure quality.
• Design and perform end-to-end testing for multi-system integrations.
• Review and validate Service Catalogue uploads in BusinessOptix.
• Support model transfer validation between Business Optix and our workflow tool.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects, preferably in the financial domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of API integrations and data management.
• Excellent documentation, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality control mindset.
• Basic understanding of QA methodologies and testing practices.
• Basic knowledge of BPM concepts and process modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of the financial services industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Business Process Management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
