Sales Engineer - EMEA (Remote)

About the Role

We’re excited to announce that we are hiring a Sales Engineer - EMEA (Remote) to join our rapidly growing team at Topsort! In this role, you will be instrumental in translating real-world business needs into scalable and technically sound solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support pre-sales conversations and lead technical implementations. This is a highly technical role with direct customer exposure, making it a perfect opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in the AdTech industry.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales on Technical Deals: Support technically complex sales cycles, confidently presenting and defending our architecture, APIs, SLAs, and integration capabilities with highly technical customer teams.
• Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Act as a bridge between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring that technical capabilities are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and technical solutions.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions and needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, technical architecture, and integration processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the AdTech or Retail Media industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in advertising.
