What You'll Do

• Strategically manage your customer base by planning customer acquisition measures and arranging appointments.
• Advance strategic initiatives and create compelling sales offers.
• Negotiate contracts and expand accounts to maximize revenue.
• Present and sell state-of-the-art software and services both digitally and on-site as needed.
• Leverage inbound leads from current Hilti customers and conduct outbound prospecting.
• Implement meaningful software demonstrations for potential new and existing customers.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipeline.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or project management role within the construction industry.
• Experience in selling tech software or working in start-ups is highly preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Self-structured, self-driven, and ambitious personality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Enjoy consulting customers digitally and by phone, with the willingness to meet on-site as needed.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Confident demeanor with effective communication skills to create shared understanding with customers and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Willingness to travel for team meetings as required.
