Contract Manager - Facilities Management
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Robertson Group. This role offers the opportunity to manage Hard FM services for a Community Hospital contract located in Daventry, England. As a Contract Manager remote, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, grounds maintenance, energy management, and lifecycle projects. Your expertise will ensure that we maintain the highest standards of service delivery and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Manage the provision of Hard FM services, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and legislative requirements.
- Engage effectively with key stakeholders and maintain strong communication with all relevant parties.
- Prepare client performance reports and participate in performance meetings regularly.
- Oversee the management of a multi-disciplinary contract team, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
- Implement effective energy management procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM Regulations.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of staff to deliver services efficiently.
- Analyze budgetary information to assist in forecasting and managing P&L performance.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field or a professional qualification in Facilities Management.
- Experience in managing utilities and PFI projects within the healthcare sector.
- A recognized health and safety qualification, such as NEBOSH.
- Strong budgetary management experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing large-scale facilities management contracts.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 compliance.
- Familiarity with energy management systems.
