PMO Consultant - Remote Opportunity with Deloitte

About the Role

We are seeking a PMO Consultant to join Deloitte's Advisory & Consulting Growth Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while actively supporting our industry leaders in achieving their strategic and business objectives. As a PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various services and products, ensuring that our initiatives are executed effectively.

What You'll Do

• Translate business projects into concrete marketing objectives.
• Coordinate and own projects and initiatives from start to finish, adopting an advisory approach with internal stakeholders.
• Provide direct support to the service line leader in preparing marketing campaign plans and follow-ups.
• Assist in creating and following up on go-to-market tasks.
• Organize small to medium-sized events, taking on a project management role.
• Prepare financial reports and conduct regular structured reporting, including market and competitor analysis.
• Support the Industry Leader in budgeting preparation and follow-up.
• Monitor the progress of various sector ambition plans and strategies, targeting clients effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and able to track the progress of requests while providing regular status updates.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Salesforce tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Affinity for digital marketing and innovative ideas on online differentiation.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven atmosphere.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A first experience in a similar role is an asset.
