Client Onboarding Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team at Alter Domus. This Client Onboarding Specialist remote position is essential for ensuring a smooth transition for our clients as they migrate to our advanced applications. You will play a pivotal role in the onboarding process, working closely with our Platform Delivery Team to meet client requirements and ensure a successful migration.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the onboarding of clients from legacy systems to Alter Domus applications.
• Participate in planning meetings to understand client needs and requirements.
• Analyze historical client data, including structural, transactional, and accounting information.
• Prepare, execute, and reconcile data imports based on previous system outputs.
• Attend post-migration meetings to ensure successful adoption of the new setup.
• Provide training and support to users to facilitate their acceptance of the new systems.
• Act as a first level of support for any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the Platform Delivery Team lead to escalate any concerns or issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or IT.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive team player with the ability to take initiative.
• Experience with accounting systems and user requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with eFront FrontInvest (FIA) is a plus.

• Experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of data migration processes and tools.
