Account Manager - North American Market (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for the North American market to join our dynamic team at PHMG. This remote position allows you to manage a portfolio of 400-500 accounts, ensuring exceptional service and strategic growth. As an Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise to understand client needs and deliver top-notch audio branding solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations for a diverse client base, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver outstanding audio productions that meet client expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your existing accounts to foster long-term relationships.
• Analyze client data to spot trends and improve key performance metrics.
• Provide strategic consultation on marketing needs and PHMG’s product offerings.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients to ensure their ongoing needs are met.
• Participate in personal development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and share insights with peers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the media or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Experience in the North American market is a plus.
