About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Operations Recruiter to join our innovative team at Metropolis, an artificial intelligence company revolutionizing the way people interact with the world. As a Remote Operations Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our Operations teams, ensuring that we meet our staffing needs effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Represent Metropolis positively to candidates, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for operations roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping candidate records up to date in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and sales leadership to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in operations or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in the AI or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
