About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Operations Recruiter to join our innovative team at Metropolis, an artificial intelligence company revolutionizing the way people interact with the world. As a Remote Operations Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our Operations teams, ensuring that we meet our staffing needs effectively and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Represent Metropolis positively to candidates, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for operations roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping candidate records up to date in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
- Collaborate with People Operations and sales leadership to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates to continuously improve our hiring processes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in operations or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
